The 2026 She Sails International Conference returns on Monday 19 October 2026, bringing together women from across the sailing community for an evening of inspiring stories, new ideas and shared experiences.
A highlight of the SheSails calendar, the annual conference in its sixth year celebrates the women making a difference across our sport, providing an opportunity to learn, connect and hear from those helping shape the future of sailing.
This year's theme, Beyond Boundaries, celebrates the women redefining what participation in sailing can look like. From grassroots to leadership, officiating and high-performance competition, the conference will shine a spotlight on women breaking barriers, challenging perceptions and creating opportunities for others.
Aligned with World Sailing's 2026 Steering the Course theme, Give to Gain, the conference will also celebrate those who are giving back to the sport through mentoring, volunteering, coaching, officiating and leadership, helping more women and girls discover, enjoy and thrive in sailing.
Returning as MC is Nic Douglass (SailorGirlHQ), who will guide attendees through an evening of inspiring conversations and valuable insights from some of sailing's most respected and influential voices.
